After your photography date is set we will send you a link and password to your organizations web site.

The password is for you as the administrator.

The link (internet address) is for you to forward to the families you want to schedule an appointment.

After choosing an appointment time,
they will be able to print out a reminder card to help them remember their appointment time, and a couple of days before your program an email will be sent to them to remind them of their appointment.
